PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ( GDPR )
Information on the General Data Protection Regulation
On the 24th of May 2016 EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect on 24 May 2016.
This Regulation has been applied since 24 May 2018. DARDOUMAS GROUP MON. I.K.E implements, insofar as it is possible, technical and organizational security measures which are necessary for the protection of personal data in order to avoid, among others, destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorized access to personal data. When implementing these measures, account is taken of the reasonable costs required to achieve this protection. Our concern has always been to provide top-level services, respecting the needs and wishes of our customers.
DARDOUMAS GROUP MON. I.K.E hereby guarantees that any processing of Personal Data will be carried out solely in the course of performing the necessary actions to complete the provision of services to you and for no other purpose. In addition, DARDOUMAS GROUP MON. I.K.E. guarantees that it will not use, store, transmit and process and / or reproduce the aforementioned Personal Data in any form other than what is strictly required for the fulfilment of its obligations.
DARDOUMAS GROUP MON. I.K.E is required to report any incident related to the security of Personal Data to the customer.
